Last updated: July 29, 2026
trendshiftlabs ("trendshiftlabs", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website and AI generation studio at trendshiftlabs.com (the "Service"), why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the rights you have over it. This policy is written to meet the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and applies to all users of the Service worldwide.
1. Introduction
By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Service. We process personal data as a data controller for the purposes described below, and we rely on service providers ("sub-processors") to help us operate, secure, and bill for the Service, as set out in Section 4.
2. Information we collect
Personal data
When you create an account, subscribe to a plan, or contact us, we (or our payment processor on our behalf) collect information such as your name, email address, and billing address, along with authentication data if you sign in with a third-party provider (for example Google).
Usage data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, timestamps, referring URLs, and diagnostic system logs. This data helps us keep the Service secure, reliable, and easy to use.
Content data
We collect the text prompts you write, and any images, video, audio, or other files you upload or generate through the Service ("Content Data"), so that we can process your requests, display your results back to you, and maintain your generation history and gallery.
3. How we use your data
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating outputs from your prompts and uploads.
- To process payments, manage subscriptions, and prevent fraud.
- To authenticate you and keep your account and our systems secure.
- To send necessary account, billing, and service update communications.
- To monitor, debug, and improve the performance and reliability of the Service.
- To comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not use your Content Data to train third-party general-purpose AI models beyond what is strictly necessary for the AI providers we use to generate your requested output.
4. Third-party data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with sub-processors who need it to help us operate the Service, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations:
- Creem.io: our Merchant of Record, which securely processes checkout, handles fraud prevention, and manages global tax compliance for subscription payments.
- AI model providers (including but not limited to OpenAI, Google, and other model partners): receive the prompts and files you submit solely to generate the output you requested.
- Analytics providers (such as Google Analytics): receive aggregated usage data to help us understand traffic and improve the Service.
- Cloud infrastructure and storage providers: host our application, databases, and generated media.
We may also disclose data if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of trendshiftlabs, our users, or the public.
6. Data retention and security
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, and Content Data for as long as it remains in your gallery or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain records (for example, billing records) to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and monitoring, to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. International data transfers
trendshiftlabs operates globally. Your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your own, including Pakistan, the European Union, and the United States, in order to provide the Service and support our infrastructure and sub-processors. Where we transfer personal data out of the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, to ensure your data continues to receive an equivalent level of protection.
8. Your rights
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you have specific rights over your personal data, including the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request erasure of your data (the "right to be forgotten").
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Receive a portable copy of your data.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
- Know what categories of personal information we collect and sell (we do not sell data), and opt out of any future sale or sharing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@trendshiftlabs.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request.
9. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for supervising your use of the Service. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without the required consent, we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to you by email or through the Service where required by law.
11. Contact us
