What to write about

The more specific you are, the faster we can help. Tool name, plan tier, and a short timeline beat a vague "it does not work."

• Product and studio questions

  Which tool to open, how a model behaves, why a job failed, or how gallery assets move between image, video, and 3D. Include the tool name and roughly what you tried.

• Billing and credits

  Plan changes, invoices, cancel-at-period-end, or a credit balance that looks wrong after checkout. Sign-in email helps us find the account faster.

• Partnerships and press

  Collabs, educational use, or writing about the studio. Tell us what you need and a timeline. We read these, even when we have to say no.

• Safety and abuse

  Report outputs or prompts that should not be on the platform. Include links or generation IDs when you have them.

How fast do you reply?

Most messages get a human reply in 1 to 2 business days. Billing blockers are handled first when we can tell that is what you need.

Do you offer live chat?

Not right now. Email and the form below are the reliable paths. Social DMs are easy to miss, so use them only for light questions.

Can you refund a period I already paid?

Canceling stops renewal at period end. There is no refund for the current paid period. You keep access until that period ends. Details live on /pricing and in the Terms.
